Getting exercise in the day of 'stay at home'
While most trails around the area are closed, it is important that you get out and get some fresh air and exercise to stay healthy. Find an open trail or just walk your neighborhood. Lift some weights or buy some exercise bands from Walmart to do some resistance exercises to keep your muscles strong. Research a yoga class on line and do yoga with your family, kids included. Read a book you have been putting off reading. Be creative in how you use your time and come out of this a better person on the other end of this crisis. Together we will all get through this.
